Angela’s organic pasta is born on the sunny and uncontaminated hills of our land and from the experience in the cultivation of high quality ancient grains. The artisan pasta of durum wheat Angela is produced following an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation reproposed today using only our organic durum wheat flour Senatore Cappelli which gives the pasta Angela an intense aroma and a strong flavor. The pasta is dried at low temperature through a slow process that lasts over 24 hours. The bronze drawing allows to better retain the condiments and gives to the pasta Angela rusticity, irregular profiles and an opaque color typical of the craftsmanship that differentiates it from the common industrial pasta. Thanks to the love and passion that we use in the production of our pasta it is still possible to taste a typical dish of healthy Italian cuisine that satisfies even the most demanding palates.

 

 

 

A plate of pasta is enough to fill your appetite. The calorie intake per 100 g of durum wheat semolina pasta is about 360 kcal, of which 72% was in the form of complex carbohydrates, 12% protein and as a negligible fat content, is rich in B group vitamins and iron and it is low in sodium and contains no cholesterol.

How to cook the pasta Angela: fill a pot with plenty of water (1 liter per 100 grams of pasta), bring to boil the water, add 40 grams of cooking salt and pour the desired amount of pasta (recommended ration 85 grams per person ), cook for about 10-15 minutes (depending on the size), drain the pasta and serve with the addition of the desired condiment.
