The Donna Tina artisan pasta of durum wheat is produced following an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation reproposed today using using a blend of high quality organic antique durum wheat Lucani which gives the pasta an intense aroma and a strong flavor. The pasta is dried at low temperature through a slow process that lasts over 24 hours.
